Overview
The temperature transmitter with thermocouple (resistance) consists of a thermocouple or resistance thermometer and transmitter components.
The thermocouple includes thermocouple elements, protective tubes, terminal boxes, and other main parts; the terminal boxes and protective tubes are the same for both.
The thermocouple element is composed of a sheathed thermocouple; the resistance thermometer element is composed of a sheathed platinum resistance thermometer.
Protective Tube: It is required to withstand high temperatures, resist corrosion, withstand rapid temperature changes, have good airtightness, and sufficient mechanical strength. Currently, two different grades of stainless steel tubes are used.
The terminal box is made of aluminum alloy, explosion-proof, with explosion-proof rating d II CT4-T6; waterproof, protection level IP54.
Transmitter Components: It consists of a housing, cover plate, circuit board terminal blocks, etc. Electronic components are sealed in the housing using a silicone rubber potting method, making them non-detachable.
