Non-invasive Ultrasonic Level Sensor
Working Principle
The non-invasive ultrasonic level transmitter utilizes the principle of sonar ranging. It employs a specialized sensor probe attached externally to the container wall to collect sonar signals. The system's core utilizes sonar wave processing technology and advanced high-speed signal processing techniques, powered by proprietary algorithms from Jiangsu Jiechuang, to accurately calculate the liquid level inside the container. The calculated liquid level value is displayed on-site and output as a remote transmission signal. The instrument can output measurement results to the control center via interfaces such as (4-20) mA analog signal, HART, RS-485, etc., and can also be debugged online via interfaces like HART, RS-485, infrared, etc.
During the level measurement process, the sonar wave signal is emitted from the probe and reflected back after encountering the liquid surface, detected by the probe as an echo signal. After processing the echo signal using proprietary algorithms, the system calculates the time , and based on a formula, computes the liquid level height.

2. Infrared Online Debugging Function: Convenient infrared remote control debugging function, especially suitable for use in hazardous environments where opening covers for debugging is not feasible. This reduces the difficulty of debugging and improves safety.
3. Automatic Calibration Function: The non-invasive ultrasonic level transmitter features automatic calibration, overcoming the problem of decreased accuracy or precision over time encountered with traditional level measurement instruments.
4. Real-time Tank Temperature Detection with Remote Transmission: Capable of real-time tank temperature measurement, and can transmit temperature signals remotely via analog or digital means.
5. Simplified Installation and Commissioning: The non-invasive ultrasonic level transmitter is highly automated, requiring minimal installation and commissioning efforts, making it suitable for installation by beginners.
6. Relay Output: Supports single-point or dual-point alarm output.
7. Application Conditions: Suitable for measuring media without significant amounts of bubbles, suspended solids, crystals, or media with dynamic viscosity < 30mPa.s, and with no severe sedimentation.
