Magnetic float level gauge
By using the floating ball with annular magnetic steel, the liquid level meter absorbs the dry spring tube in the main pipe, converts the liquid level into the corresponding resistance output, and processes it by a special module (that is, electronic amplifier). The 4-20 mA signal output can be directly used with the electric unit instrument to realize telemetry, alarm and control. It can also be used with the intelligent digital display instrument produced by our factory. The plug-in magnetic float level meter is used in chemical industry, electric power, paper making, shipbuilding, environmental protection, food and other industries. The liquid level measurement of the medium in the pressure (opening) container is more simple, reliable and ideal for the liquid level measurement of underground tank, pool and high-rise water tank. The material of plug-in liquid level meter is stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, suitable for flammable and explosive places.
A set of dry spring tubes and precision resistors are installed in the main tube of the plug-in magnetic float liquid level meter. The dry spring tube located at the liquid level in the main tube is closed (connected) in turn under the action of magnetic field to change the circuit resistance value and convert to current output through special module. |

The installation position of liquid level transmitter should avoid or away from the inlet of liquid medium to reduce the impact of medium flow on float ball. If the measuring range is more than 3 meters, the bottom of the transmitter should be positioned to avoid sloshing.
